Earth Works:
- Preparing the ground level including excavation (6000 m2) About (33000 m3), backfilling, compaction, testing, & applying anti-termite.
Concrete Skeleton Works:
It consists of a 6000 m2 Raft Foundation, a Retaining Wall of 320 m, & 6000 m2 Slab.
- Includes steel works, shuttering, concrete casting, & concrete pouring and curing.
