Project Overview
JAX DBF Project consists of:
Demolition works:
- Removing the kitchen ceiling, tiles, MEP services, asphalt, & guard room.
Earthworks:
- Preparing the ground level including excavation, backfilling, compaction, testing, & applying anti-termite.
Concrete skeleton works:
- Includes steel works, shuttering, concrete casting, & concrete pouring and curing.
Steel Structure works:
- Design and build of steel structure works include anchor bolts fixing in concrete foundation, steel fabrication, installation, support fixing, protection, & sandwich panel installation.
Finishing works:
- Starting from the block works, plastering, gypsum board partitions & ceiling, ceramic tiles, handrails, painting, and epoxy flooring.
Landscape works:
- Landscape works include a bienalli terrace, epoxy flooring, handrails, interlock, pergola, awnings, and main gate.
