Project Overview
JAX Offices Project consists of:
Demolition works:
- Demolition work for the existing Buildings, clearing the site of rubble and debris, and separating materials for recycling or disposal.
Earthworks:
- Preparing the ground level including excavation, backfilling, compaction, testing, & applying anti-termite.
Concrete skeleton works:
- Includes steel works, shuttering, concrete casting, & concrete pouring and curing.
Finishing works:
- Starting from the block works, plastering, gypsum board partitions & ceiling, ceramic tiles, handrails, painting, and epoxy flooring.
Landscape works:
- Landscape works include a terrace, epoxy flooring, handrails, interlock, awnings, and gates.
