JAX-CUT Entrance & Window consisting of:
Earth Works:
- Preparing the ground level including excavation, backfilling, compaction, testing, & applying anti-termite.
Concrete Skeleton Works:
- Includes steel works, shuttering, concrete casting, & concrete pouring and curing.
Steel Structure Works:
- Design and build of steel structure works include anchor bolts fixing in concrete foundation, steel fabrication, installation, support fixing, protection, & sandwich panel installation.
MEP Works:
- All Mechanical & Electrical systems HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, electrical power, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
Finishing Works:
- Starting from the block works, plastering, gypsum board partitions & ceiling, ceramic tiles, handrails, painting, and epoxy flooring.
